Our services

Next Step Hua Hin provides administrative assistance and support for selected visa, immigration, driving licence, passport and related matters. The exact scope, price, expected documents and payment terms will be confirmed separately. Government decisions remain entirely under the authority of the relevant government body.

You are responsible for providing complete, accurate and authentic information and documents. You must promptly tell us about any change that could affect your matter. We may decline or stop work where information appears inaccurate, incomplete, unlawful or misleading.

Fees, third-party charges and refunds

Our professional or service fees may be separate from government fees, translation charges, medical examinations, insurance, travel, courier costs and other third-party expenses. Applicable charges will be explained in the relevant quotation or service agreement. Refund eligibility depends on the work completed, costs already incurred and the specific written agreement. A refusal or delay by a government body does not automatically entitle a client to a refund.

Appointments and communications

Appointment availability is not guaranteed until confirmed. Messages sent through the website, email, telephone or WhatsApp do not create a client relationship by themselves. Please do not rely on an application being submitted or completed until we confirm this expressly.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, branding and original content belong to Next Step Hua Hin or its licensors. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal use, but may not republish, sell, scrape or commercially reproduce the content without permission.
