A good extension file is built before the application window opens. For a retirement extension or marriage-based extension, the required financial history, account records, address evidence and supporting documents may need preparation over time.

90-day reporting and travel

Address records and TM30

Arrival deadlines
Before each entry, complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card within the official three-day window. After arrival, verify the date actually recorded for the stay. A TDAC confirmation does not replace a visa and does not extend the stay.
A simple document-control system
Keep clear digital and paper copies of the passport identity page, current visa where applicable, latest entry record, extension record, 90-day receipt, TM30 evidence and re-entry permit. Name files with the relevant date and keep reminders in more than one calendar.
For couples and families, track each person separately. Their passports, entry dates and reporting histories may not be identical.
